Welcome to the web site of the Transpacific Stabilization Agreement. TSA is a research and discussion group of major container shipping lines offering ocean and inland transportation, logistics and supply chain services from Asia to the U.S.

Freight shippers, trade associations, government agencies and the general public are invited to learn more about TSA, its members and its activities. This site also offers updated information on voluntary rate and terms of service guidelines adopted by TSA, which individual lines may use in their service contract negotiations with customers.
